WHISPER CASE — why this post exists

Sincere Turner is on the police missing-children list — and that list is the only place this case has ever been announced. No alert. No press release. A whisper.

There may be a reason for the quiet. This child may simply be a runaway — and if you're family, or you know this child and you know they're safe, reach out: to the police first, and to us. The moment their safety is confirmed, the name comes off this board the same day. We won't spend one share on a kid who's already home safe.

But if that's not the case, the quiet is wrong. A missing teenager can be a victim — of trafficking, of somebody who doesn't wish them well — and a form that says "runaway" doesn't change that.

Until this child is brought home, we will be their voice. We will not let anyone whisper for them.
