Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting on Jessup Street that left a 27-year-old man dead and two women wounded on Tuesday night.
It happened around 8:49 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, in the 2300 block of Jessup Street, according to a Wilmington Police Department alert. The 27-year-old man was taken to the hospital, where he died. A 31-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman were also shot — both are in stable condition.
That is what police have released, and it is all we are going to print. Police have not said what led up to the shooting, and the investigation is ongoing — when Wilmington PD releases more, this page will be updated.
Our thoughts are with the man's family, and with the two women recovering tonight.
