BY THE NUMBERS — what New Castle County Police took off the street: roughly 3,165 bags of heroin and fentanyl. 89 grams of crack cocaine. One loaded .40-caliber handgun. A months-long investigation, two search warrants — New Castle and Wilmington — and D'Andre Murphy in custody on two felony counts, held on 128,000 dollars cash bail.
